Valerie Murzak was born in Moscow, Russia in 1988.

Coming from a circus family Valerie’s training began at an early age. She learnt her various disciplines along side her parents at the “Nikulin Circus” in Moscow.

At the tender age of 6 Valerie was already being featured in various productions at the “Nikulin Circus” as part of the children’s ensemble.

Alongside her circus training Valerie also studied Rhythmic Gymnastic from the age of 5 in Moscow’s “Kriliya Sovetov” gymnastics school. This gave her a unique edge to her circus performance with added flexibility.

Valerie moved to England at the age of 10 with her family. By the time she was 13 she was performing in the award winning “Eclipse” Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Valerie went on to perform in this fantastic circus musical for the next 5 seasons.

Whilst growing up Valerie managed to balance her professional career with her high school and college education in the UK. Valerie now has 12 GCSE’s and 4 A Level qualifications. Her A Levels include Business Studies, German, English Language and Dance.

Valerie has worked on the “Ocean Village Two” cruise ship in various production shows and circus shows traveling in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. She also appeared on the “Circo Massimo” TV show in Italy with her Aerial Silks Act and the Contortion on Ball Act. She has also been involved in various galas across Europe and the UK including the prestigious  “ARK” fund raising event.

Recently Valerie was involved in a UK tour with “Wild Rose” productions, where she is playing “Mother Earth” (the lead role) in “Cirque De Glace”, with the Russian Ice Stars, and has come back from a 9 months contract onboard the glamorous super-liner Azura, P&O’s newest audition to the fleet.

Valerie has been a keen traveller from an early age, and she is keen to keep traveling and performing in new challenging productions.
